Auto-Renewal Agreement

This Auto-Renewal Agreement is entered into between you and FUNCONNECT PTE. LTD. ("KaloCam", "we", or "the Platform") for your use of KaloCam Pro auto-renewable subscriptions. This Agreement supplements the Subscription Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

By confirming a KaloCam Pro subscription through Apple, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple account for each renewal period unless you cancel the subscription before renewal.

1. Subscription Products

KaloCam Pro may be offered as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or other plans displayed in the app. The exact product name, price, subscription period, trial period if any, and renewal date are shown on the subscription page and Apple's purchase confirmation sheet before purchase.

2. Auto-Renewal Rules

Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
Apple may charge your Apple account within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
The renewed subscription period begins after the current period ends.
If payment cannot be completed, Apple may retry billing or apply Apple's grace period and billing retry rules where available.
Renewal and billing are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's terms and policies.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through Apple subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Apple states otherwise.

Open Settings on your iOS device.
Tap your Apple Account name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select KaloCam.
Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel.

KaloCam support can help explain the cancellation process, but Apple controls App Store subscription cancellation and billing.

4. Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel, you can continue using KaloCam Pro until the end of the current paid period. After the subscription expires, Pro benefits will end and your account may return to the free service level. Deleting your KaloCam account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; you must cancel through Apple subscription settings.

5. Refunds

Refund requests for Apple in-app purchases are handled by Apple and applicable law. KaloCam does not control Apple's refund decision or timeline.

6. Minors

If you are under 18 or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may subscribe only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising subscription purchases, cancellation, and payment disputes.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement due to legal, regulatory, Apple policy, or service changes. For material changes, we will provide notice in the app, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use of the auto-renewing service after the effective date means you accept the updated Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict of law principles. You agree to first contact us in good faith to resolve any dispute. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and resolved under its rules in Singapore in English, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
